Anja Leonhardt

Anja Leonhardt has worked in various roles in her career with a focus on IT, processes and organizational development. Examples are the support of agile transformations, the introduction of SAP FI/CO, the control of the IT budget and the project management of complex IT projects. Characterized by reorganizations, the establishment of new departments, structures and processes, she developed a holistic view of organizations and people. “Designing, integrating and implementing” are essential features of her work and her consulting projects.
